With gendered-based abuse, domestic violence, femicide, and male suicide on the rise - now, more than ever, we need our men to rise with us.

However, a question that’s been deep in our heart remains: Where are you, brothers?

It’s inspiring to see many brothers out there committing to this ongoing journey of self-development, but the truth is, we need more of you. The world is waiting for you to claim your space in this movement. Now is the time.

We are currently living in a paradigm where women, rightfully enraged by the violence and injustice inflicted upon their sisters, are rising in fury. Yet, this anger - fuelled by grief and fear - is often being projected at all men, sowing distrust and deepening the divide between women and men. Sisters, this is a time to be calling our men in, instead of out. Calling them in to service, in to leadership, in to stewardship.

This is a time for collective responsibility and the need for men to play a crucial role in addressing the issues of violence and inequality, not just as allies but as active participants in changing societal dynamics.

Our path forward lies in healing the deep wounds that exist between the masculine and the feminine... The ways we have betrayed, hurt, or misunderstood one another, that contribute to this distorted lens we often see each-other through.

It lies in tending to the Collective Mother Wound, a force that shapes and perpetuates domestic violence, femicide, and gender-based abuse.

The more we blame each other, the more we deepen this collective wound - fuelling division, resentment, and a cycle of intergenerational trauma that keeps us entrapped in these patterns of violence.

Brothers, you are not the problem, but you are a crucial part of the solution. The world needs more powerful male role models - men who rise, who evolve, who lead by example. The more you choose to invest in your growth and step into your true power, the more you become a beacon of light for the men around you. Your strength, your commitment to self-evolution, becomes the mirror that others need to see the possibility within themselves.

Embodied Eldership is a space for men and women to rise together, dismantling toxic norms and building a future where every person, man or woman, is empowered to thrive in safety and dignity. We are calling forth male and female leaders to be the change we desperately need to see in the world, that will have us celebrating one another’s differences and strengths, and ultimately working together to pave a powerful path for future generations.
